The book talks mainly about those who are self-centered and whose attitude is arrogant to colleagues and subordinates. It shows in no uncertain terms how leaders should conduct themselves as frontrunners. It dictates that when the going is tough, they should be at the forefront to get the tough going. They should be conversant with the responsibilities of what needs to be done, when, how, and by whom. Also, leadership should at all costs be capacitated with the relevant skills and competencies to appoint people of relevance in positions of decision-making processes.
